I'm trying to get to the motor for the rear wiper and can't for the life of me figure how to remove the plastic trim panel. Most cars they have push pins and you simply pry around the edge and the panel pops free. I worked around the edge and can't get anything to pop and I can't get enough room to see in there to see what might be holding it.

Anyone know how, anyone with pictures or a like to a how to ??

Try to find an online service manual. According to mine, the lower door finisher is just pried off. They also tell you to remove the outside blade and the securing nut for the blade.
If at all possible, you should get/use some plastic or fiberglass tools to do the prying. This will save scratches on the surrounding paint.

If I remember right, there are push pins around the top half of the hatch panel and plastic hooks near the bottom, so pop the top ones free and then lift the panel up and off.

I tried just pulling out on the bottom and the plastic hand grab section tore out of the panel, grr. The plastics in this Nissan are very brittle!
