how to remove pillow ball from coilovers?

i am trying to dissasemble my rear coilovers (tein he) to clean them off etc. and i am having a hell of a time getting the screw off that holds the pillow ball mount on! how am i supposed to get it off when the shock just spins inside the body when i try to turn the screw? the pillow ball spins as well so i cant hold on to that either. any ideas? :/
