How to remove paint damages of sand and bugs??It damages my front bumber paint job. Any Solutuyion to this problem...

There's not a lot you can do with damage from sand and stones.. you might be able to polish them out a few times but then you'll be getting the clear coat too thin.
Keep the front of the car well waxed and / or sealed. Try to wash the bugs off within 24 hours. The juices inside a bug are very acidic and will actually etch into unprotected pain after a very short time.

Yes, clay bar to clean up whatever is a problem now. You can then get small tube of color-matched paint from the dealer to cover up the dings.
Then, consider getting one of those strong cover material (for example, from http://www.stongard.com).
BTW, cloth bras tend to cause more problems than they cure - they need frequent cleaning and washing and drying and breathing time. Sometimes the flapping of the material edges can damage the paint under that spot.
