How to remove maxima rear seat?

I have a 2001 maxima and need to know how to remove the the rear seat in the back, just the bottom portion that you sit on. If I have to remove the upper portion where ur back rest against first to get to bottom portion then let me know as well. Thanks..

To just get the bottom off, there will be two tow hook type plastic piece's, you will pull each of them and the bottom portion will lift out
