How to remove J30 clock?

I looked all over for this info, but when i reach behind the clock/center vents assembly on J30, the right side pops out easily but it seems to be stuck on the left side... Any one have any tips? I already have the radio and a/c controls out of the way... Thanks!

You will need to remove the radio to make it easy. The extra grippy metal tabs on the bottom can be pushed up with you fingers after you take out the radio and everything should come right out. I nearly broke mine to pieces before I realized I could do it this way.
