Hey Guys,

Just got a 07 M35 Sport recently and I love it. The driver door interior trim has a lot of scratches and I bought a replacement part. I know that there's a thread on how to remove the trim but I'm a little unclear on the instructions provided by a.blanco0905.

I have removed the plastic trim inside the handle and removed the 10mm bolt. I have tried putting a flat head screw inside the slot but I haven't had any success in prying it open to expose the 2 phillips screws. Any advice? I'm a little concerned that I may crack the plastic by forcing the screw driver. Thanks in advance.

Misleading title (thought there was an actual how to on how to do it) and you should have posted in Blanco's thread instead of starting an entirely different thread about the same thing.

There is already a DIY in the FAQ section under INTERIOR:

Hope this helps
