how to remove instrument cluster cover and instrument cluster???

hi right now Im in the middle of a situation thats drivin me insane there is a wierd noise comin from the instrument cluster and the brake light comes on when I depress the gas and its like a buzzing sound and the brake lights comes on and off with the sound I was wondering if someone might wanna guide me through or give me a site in order to repair this bumble bee sound. Thanks for the attention!!!

Hey, I am having same problem, ER brake is on, tale brake fuse keep blowing out, but the sound is coming from the fuse box on the driver side, I discovered that it was one of the three relays that are located behind the fuse holder, I replaced it, and it still making like a shorting sound? I did ck the brake oil, and the gage switch. Any one can tell me what is the problem?
