Both sides have the same removal procedure, just reversed. Please read all of the steps before starting.
1. Open hood and remove front grille. You can remove the front grille by taking a flat head screwdriver and turning the four plastic clips 90 degrees (one in each corner of grille) until you can fully pull the grille off the car (pull away from front of car).
2. Now remove the corner blinkers, there is one screw holding each blinker on, you will remove that screw. The screw is located on the top of the headlight on the very end toward the blinker. You should be able to see the bracket which is attached to the blinker.
3. Now pull on the blinker (away from front of car) to remove it. There is a small pin that goes into a hole in the headlight that helps hold the blinker on. It may be a bit hard to remove at first, but you have to give it a firm pull. Be careful not to scratch the paint! Make sure to unclip the wiring harness.
4. Now, you will see that the small pieces of trim which is between the headlight and the bumper are bolted to their respective fenders. You want to remove the bolt. Then you want to pull the small piece of trim away from the fender (towards the front of the car), it slides onto the fender somewhat. Once you have pulled it so it clears the fender, you want to pull the trim away from the car (pull straight back away from headlamp) and it will snap out of place. You just unclipped the trim from two small clips which are clipped into the bottom of the headlight assembly. You will want to pull the clips from the headlamp and snap back onto the small trim piece. (For re-installation, you can just push the trim back onto the headlamp assembly from the front instead of sliding)
5. Now there are four nuts which hold the headlight in place, two on the blinker side of the headlight which go through a metal brace, one which is on the top corner of the headlight toward the grille side, and one on the bottom of the headlamp near the center. The bottom bolt is recessed pretty far back and can be somewhat difficult to get to.
6. Just remove the four nuts and pull the headlamp assembly off and there you have it! Installation procedure is simply the reverse of removal. Don't forget to make all of the wiring connections before bolting everything in, this is a common mistake!
Let me know if this is any help! Good luck!
