how to remove gauge cluster and install oil pressure gauge

how do you remove the thing that covers the instrument gauge clusters because I want to change the gauge faces. It's hard to get it out when the steering wheel and the cover for the steering wheel getting in the way. Oh yeah, how to install the oil pressure gauge?
