how to remove fog light covers on 2009 maximam

I am tryign to t intall fog light in my 2009 max and cant remove the factory cover please help me

it's probably clipped in from inside the bumper. you'll most likely have to get to it by partially removing the front of the wheel well liner. that's all I've got
