how to remove fender...?

Trying to replace my front drivers side fender(93 240 hatch), but not sure how to get to some of the bolts/screws. Is it necessary to remove the front bumper to remove the fender?

Looking at the new fender, there are two bolts that are next to the door. The top one is easy to get to, the bottom one is right behind the door hinge... How is one supposed to get to that?

Also, how do you take the headlight assembly off? Is it just the two screws behind the headlight on the brace?

...any other tips that might make this easier/quicker?

sometimes you can get to the other screws by opening the doors and slipping an extension through and loosening.
