How dificult is it to remove the front passenger door panel on a '91 Maxima?
need to replace window switch.

Refer to page BF-32 of the linked FSM (94 but should work for 91 Maxima) for panel removal.

You need a Phillips screwdriver and a 10mm socket or wrench.
Just be sure to adjust the regulator before you put the panel back on. Sometimes things don't line up 100 percent and you have to adjust the bolts a little bit.
The first one I did on my car I put the regulator in, tested it quickly to be sure it worked and put everything back together. The window stopped about 1/2 inch from closing...
