How to Remove Climate Control Panel

How to Remove Climate Control Panel

Most of the buttons on my climate control panel don't light up when lights are turned on. I'd like to take it off, not sure if background lighting configuration is repairable, if not I could always go to wreck yard near by and get a different one, hopefully one that works! How do I remove that panel? Thx.
