how to remove broken motor mounts??

hey im doing a sr swap for a customer, but when i went to take the motor mounts off the stock motor from the bottem, the nuts were already strip. so i had to take them off from the top (gay). so i took the motor out and when i touch the motor mount it just fell over (basically broke in have) on both sides. how would i go about taking theses off? im thinking just cutting/grinding theses bad boys off? what would you do?




so the basically its just the metal plate and a little bit of polyurethane rubber but the top is torn off

Yep grinder/dremmel, going to need new mounts.
