How to remove armrest?
I could not find any YT or manuals with instruction.

They're not usually designed to come apart, although some will come apart without too much trouble. It depends on how they're constructed. Sometimes the armrest pads are held on with pawls and screws and can be easily removed, others are melted in place with "plastic rivets" and need to be drilled out and then glued back on. You can see the exploded view of your door panels here on EI-45. Notice they show the panels as assemblies and don't give any disassembly instructions. So you'll just have to pull the panel and see how the armrest is attached:

btw. any idea why I have "sweet smell" when I open window which is coming from the central armrest?

I have this car for more than a year and for now I'm trying to clean the armrest.

To remove the lid you just need to remove the rear console finisher (11) which pries off. The hinge screws will be underneath it attaching the hinge to the bracket (2).

I have no idea about the smell, I'm pushing 70 and can't smell a dang thing anymore.
