How to read torque spec in service manual

So I’m trying to figure out which number is inch lbs, foot lbs, NM’s, please let me know thanksImage

Newton-Meters (Kilogram-Meters, Pounds-Feet) in the bottom diagram. The top one is the same but Pounds-Inches instead of Feet.
