I know how to read wiring diagrams, but the headlight switch is confusing the heck out of me. Can anyone tell me what the A B C columns are for.

I understand the off 1 and 2 are the position of the switch, but the subcategory of A B C is really giving me problems.

Thanks................

Off, Position One, And Position Two?

And i know that Combination means it is a Series/Parallel Circuit

And i think it uses a potentiometer which is Source/Signal/Ground

All of which does not help your situation!

EDIT: or it could be the different types of options that came on the car.

Dunno. GOOD LUCK!

Off if all lights off, position 1 is parking lights, position 2 is headlights, I don't get the A B C columns though.

But what is each, is one for constant brights and one for momentary brights?? And which is which.

I guess a little background would be nice. I have a drift car and the track I go to started night drifting and you have to have headlights, well, my steering column is modified so my switch won't mount to it and I'm trying to run a light switch so that I have running and headlights like they are requiring. I don't care about brights.

Thanks for pointing that out though, I didn't even catch that , but I still need to know what each position does since I don't have a switch to play with.
