You can use interfaces like the ones offered by AVelectronic.com or TVandNAV2go.com. I'm using the AVelectronic unit in my Titan to play the Rear DVD in the front and have a rear view camera hooked up to it.
I used to use a Navbox in my 04 G35 to run a modded xbox. I believe that product is no longer around though, but it was pretty nice to use a modded xbox as a media system. In the 03-04 models, they had a separate SAT button which had 2 sets of presets which is switched using the SAT button. With a PAC-NIS interface, you can input the audio from your external source. The PAC-NIS also allows you to use a seperate source for each of the 2 SAT channels and provides a grounding switch for each. I plugged audio from the Xbox to both, but only connected one groundto the video switch. So in SAT channel A, it played the audio from the xbox, but used the Nav system video, and with SAT channel B, it played the audio and video from the xbox. All other audio sources (radio, CD and tape) played the NAV. Bear in mind, if you want to use the PAC-NIS for the audio interface, you will not be able to use Satellite radio. I hadn't planned to ever install SAT radio, so it worked out perfectly for me. The PAC-NIS also can attach to PAC's steering wheel interface module so you can control some of the functions of most infrared remote controlled devices via the steering wheel controls and some of the radio controls. I was able to control my xbox without game controllers by using this device and the DVD playback kit from microsoft.
