purchased a car w/swap and inside of alum. rad is a lot of rust.
i cleaned the rad and still didnt fix the problem.
I want to drain it all and flush the complete motor by splicing into the heater hose.
Just a few questions

I have the T off but does it go into the top or bottom heater hose?
Also should i leave the bottom of the rad open as i start the motor and run the water from the hose to the heater hose?
What are the correct steps?

To completly flush your engine, you'll need to elimate the rust first before flushing it out. Auto stores will help you with this with some of there flush kits like sil40 mentioned.
Either top or bottom radiator hose will work. But the top will be your easiest and safest choice. Depending on your hose water pressure which is usually regulated to 25-40 psi, you can either just let it flow through your engine w/o having to start your engine. Same for your radiator- best to just remove both hoses after using flush kit and flush it out with water.
