So start your own company and F the rest of em. In Cali, BOE liscences to be distributors are free and you can get on in about 2 hours. I had one for a year, but never renewed it. If you've got a connection (for cheap parts) you could start a business easily. Staying successful is something else. But you could always get the liscence, if you happen to be going to japan, save up and buy a crap load of JDM parts. Ship em here. Then sell them for however much you want. You'd be another one of the dozen or so companies. Theoretically, it's not hard at all. Logistically, it takes a lot of effort, time and money. I imagine, if you can make a name for yourself, you'd be set. It doesn't take much to keep customers happy. Reliability, communication, and quality. Don't try to cheat your customers out of their money and you'll be fine. Aftermarket parts are never going to go out of style. So once you're off and running, your set, so long as you know how to run a business. PEACE. Tek.
