How to manually adjust an electric seat ?

In my 91 zx, my front seat no longer moves forward or back, an since I'm short it just so happen to get stuck all the way to the back, so if anybody knows how to manually adjust it that'd help me out greatly

So the motors no longer work?

I would fix the electrical problem.
