How to make my Heat Hotter.

hello all.

I own a 2001 Qx4, I live in edmonton, alberta Canada. as you guy would guess the weather in edmonton is now getting colder and colder each day.

every Morning i have to start the qx4 2 time before i get in that around 20-30 min. and still the heat is not as hot (compare to a 2003 Civic) even after driving for another 30 on the road.

Is there thing I should check/change/service?

I would have it checked out, you probably have a bad mix door or somethin...
