Hello everyone who reads my message)I aimed to create a fast car for daily drive and for fun:)The body is NISSAN Cedric Y-31Engine is stock VG20DET with 122500km.Due to long period of head crushing and looking for nice ideas of what engine to choose i stopped at making VG38DETT from a VG33E, but i dont know will the heads of VG30DETT fit to VG33E, or maybe i can find another Twin cam heads? Or maybe i have to use a VG30DETT for my idea? Or something else? Thanks to everyone for attention, post your ideas and suggestions and warnings here)

VG30DETT, upgrade the turbos to GT25R's, Mike Smth exhaust manifolds, 555cc injectors, Jim Wolf technology ECU, aftermarket boost controller. Presto, 450+ HP and enough to make even a Y31 Cedric fast.

The SOHC and DOHC VG motors cant interchange blocks and heads.

So putting DOHC heads on a VG33E won't work.

I would think your best bet is getting a VG30DETT full engine, block/heads/intake manifolds etc etc. All your sensors should work on the 3L, but you might want to check and see if your 2L ecu has the same great tuning capabilities as the 3L.

You could bore the VG30DE with just some after market pistons, and they do sell stroker cranks for it too I think. But the 3L is perfectly capable of high HP.

If you have $20k lying around, build up a VG30DE. Otherwise, find a different goal cause you're not gonna get to 820hp without $$$$

if his goal was 820hp, he wouldn't be on NICO asking us what heads to use.

That's just a lot of power lol. That kind of power isn't cheap.

I've read this almost 10 times and still have no idea what your point was or what you were trying to say.
