Cup holder. Get a girl/boy friend and make them hold it for you while driving. And get an ear piece for the call phone. It helped me alot from spilling my beer. J/K

On the S13 you can just go to your local audio store and get a 12x12 sheet of abs textured plastic to cut from. Depending on how large a cup you want to hold, you can scribe the top of the ashtray into the plastic with an exacto knife. Then scribe the size circle your want on it. (Make sure you cut fast with a rough blade, otherwise it melts back together when you cut it fine. You can file it afterward.)Cut the circle first, then cut the outside. You have a perfect cup holder/ashtray replacement! Worked good for me when I had my S13. The S14a holds cups well without mods.Good luck on your quest for dry legs.....

240sx a sports car? Hmmmm except for the engine...

If you have a bottle, you can stick it in between the left side of the driver's seat and the door and it won't move.

if u really wanted a good cup holder you could make one outta fiberglass, resin and bondo. I made subwoofer enclosure this way and its not 2 easy but once you are done it looks awesome.

It's just japanese cars. I had a Cedric (aka Gloria Y33) which is very luxury and that thing didn't have a cup holder. 95% of the cars over here don't have cup holders.

Not a bad idea, but you realize the S14 already has two cupholders? Three, if you iinclude the crotch-region.

Most seem to be missing the plastic divider, but when it's in place, you have two cupholders there. I wanna take it to a plastic shop and see if they'll replicate it exactly. . it's like. .20 bucks from Nissan. Wayyyyyy too much.

My 240sx came with two.But when I had my S13? Just removed the ashtray. . it's better than any cupholder u can make. . when I was using it as a cupholder, I'd toss the ashtray on the backseat, or on the floor if I was gonna be driving crazy.

Took Germany awhile to catch on to the cupholder idea, as well. . they never understood why you'd wanna drink in a car. But once they began doing it, they started making cupholders :D

Also, Japanese cars do not have cruise. :D

buy a $3 single holder from walmart and attach it on top of the console storage box. just dont put a 44oz in there and pull 5 G's at a red light and you should be ok. just have to take your drink off to access box
