How to keep popups illuminated at any angle?

Hey guys, I have the sleepy eye mod but I want to be able to keep the headlights illuminated at any angle, such as the sleepy eye angle. Can anyone help me out?

If you're after lit up sleepy eyes, you should do a quick search on our forum- its loaded with tons of information that has been compiled by other members and conveniently located as a flashing button on the top right corner of the form.
