I'm thinking bout purchasing these Halo lights on eBay:http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...%3AIT

I have a 2001 DrkBlue I30, without HID lights. I was wondering if anyone knows if this is easy to install, and whether or not I need to get an HID conversion to make it look nice and bright white.

Should be a direct replacement plus some additional wiring for the halo lights. You can get a set of super-white bulbs if you wanted instead of investing in HID's.
