So, thanks to Mike at TunerzStore.com I was able to get a good deal on a GTspec FSTB for my '08 G37 coupe. The quality is great and this is surely no cheap-o ebay style item. Installation is easy as can be seen below:

Limited impressions.....

I installed this the day before flying out on business and have only driven it on limited curves. Initial impressions are the front seems somewhat tighter in cornering. On a sharp on-ramp the other day (35mph warning area) I was surprised by the G. In the past I have been aggressive with the curve but on this occasion I entered it around 45, accelerated through it, and exited around 65-70 with no issues at all. I was holding on and listening to the tires to see if there was any indication of traction loss and the 'ole 30k mile factory Bridgestone's didn't utter a peep.

I really can't state the stability had anything to do with just the FSTB. I'm sure it didn't hurt. After 2 years of ownership I've taken that curve quite a number of times and maybe I simply didn't pay as much attention to handling as I did this time. On another note, the front tires are causing tramlining and I've dealt with this for a while as there is still plenty of tread left and I'm stingy. I have noticed the car is doing it somewhat less and is more stable after the FSTB. Again, may be me looking for something to attribute to a mod so take it with a grain of salt.

Cool.

Hoping it does make a difference on my 35, though I'll be doing springs/shocks at the same time, so will be hard to judge.

Werd....

My springs are in, just have to find time to install them. Right now the FSTB is the only "suspension" change on the car.

The spring/shocks (just z33 OEM) and the GTSpec FSTB will be the only things changed on my suspension as well.

Good info, I just intalled one yesterday. Turns at higher speed are definitely more stable...
