how to install ex. cam on intake side?

i want to install 248 ex. cam on the intake side on my 95 KA. how do i do this? 248 ex cam came from 91-93 ka's right?

well, it was only in the '91...im tryin to find a second one for my '91s' intake too....hmmm, well take of the valve cover and look, it cant be too hard....whille your at it id remove your timing chain guide....sorry not much help...neone else??

Actually I think all '91-'94 models had the 240/248 cams.

There is a sticky in one of the forums (I think its KA) that shows you how to align the cams in a S13, and http://www.jimwolftechnology.com has a writeup about how to swap cams.

Search and you will find all the info you need on this topic, it's been thoroughly covered. If I were you with an S14 I would go ahead and do 248/248, what most people do with the S13's. There is evidence floating around that shows the power gains you get from swapping the 232/232 to 248/248, or even 240/248

You can't just throw the exhaust cam in the intake side, you either have to take it to a machine shop and have it repinned or set the cam sprocket 4 teeth back on the chain.
