OK first i order my clip from jdm recycler. And i get it in a week or 2. Them i fight with the shipping company as they will not deliver to a residence as I payed for. So I rent a flatbed trailor. And it the clip looks like this all wraped up. after i unwrap it it looks like this. And bad news my front drivers fender is all banged up, (still working that issue with jdmrecycler.

Well i do custom honda motor buildups (as you can see then on the left in the first pic). Tons of swaps and im ASE master certified. So i got a little car experiance under my belt. Gotta love the military for sending me to school. Well I payed $3000 for the clip minus body parts. It came super complete ,the only parts i had to buy were airfilter adapter that goes to mas sensor and coolant. I mean it was very complete! Very happy with that. The body parts were $800 and included with the shiping of the clip. The front bumper is kinda ok but i did not need it as its only temp for now. (If anyone knows where i can get an aftermarket custom bumper for a good price please let me know). They are in the process of getting me a new fender for the drivers side as i had to bend the hell out of mine to get it to fit, just so i could drive it. After all the wirings i looked the car over to check everything and pulled the injector plugs. Then i cranked to build up oil pressure. then put the injector plugs back on and tried to start it, The engine did not even get one revolution before it sprun to life. Runs very quite, not like a honda at all. Very good sounding. Kinda like a more refined motor. I would give jdmrecycler a ten out of ten. Shiping was fast and the product is great. Yeah the fender is damaged beyond repair but they had insurance on that so we should be good to go. Other parts i have for the car are, boost, oil, egt gauge, hks camp system, apexi gt spec exhaust, greddy type-s bov, 15inch bronze konig heliums. and a 240sx hicas complete LSD that I got for $180 shipped for a real good guy, If your looking for one in that price range shoot me an email. I have not driven that car yet due to the snow and lack of time, but ill give it a shot tomorrow. thanks for the positive coments guys. I plan to get it painted GMC Envoy polo metalic green and then hook up so horse power adders. Untill then im gonna enjoy the RWD fun.

Hey turbo, was the wiring as straight forward as it is made out to be. In other words did you extend the harness to reach the ecu, extend your maf wires, and connect the 5 under-dask wires? Thanks.

The swap really isn't that hard, I've given myself 2 days to do my next one, hopefully I'll be driving it on the same day I start.

Out of curiosity, does the clip come with the hood and complete front of the car?

BTW nice job.

Well its not too bad but the info on the net is not that good. Like there are wires and a ton of plugs on the harness that will not be used, dont worry its just the way it goes. Took me forever to get that figured out. All I did under the hood, was extend the o2 sensor, maf, and power steering. Then i just relocated the ignitor to the left had side. The wiring up front is kinda tricky and like 3 plugs dont get used. Its not much of a harder swap that a honda but the wiring is more involved

well not really. I payed 3000 shipped for just the low miles clip. then it was like 800 shipped for the conversion. I tell everyone one thing. BUY a clip! I was so much easier, If you dont the swap will nickle and dime you to death.
