how to install 6*9'' speakers in rear doors

I own a 91 Maxima and i am wondering how to add speakers in the rear doors of the car and i want to run the wires clean without the wires being to visible for I want to add a second pair of 6*9'' speakers in the rear doors. For i have the wires and the speakers i just need to know the tools required and a giude to make this happend.

IDK if there is a guide, but I would run the wires with the loom for the window switches.
