Hey all,
I just bought a 1990 jdm 300zx tt not too long ago, and currently still getting used to it; wonderful car.
The car came with an aftermarket Blitz exhaust and I was wondering what I can do to it to increase the loudness of the exhaust as it is a bit quiet.
I've gotten suggestions like taking off the cat, switching out the headers - but that wouldnt work as it is turbo'd, and I'm not looking to spend another 500$~1000$ on another exhaust since it has already been modified. I'm just wondering if there's anything I can do to turn the volume up a notch.

Thanks!

A set of good stainless test pipes without cats is only a few hundred bucks... Gotta pay to play unless you can fab something yourself.

Buy a set of used test pipes. Should be able to get them for ~$100 on here (classifieds section) or on twinturbo.net. Unless you absolutely have to have new ones then any of the Z parts places sells them. Taking off the cats will make it louder, but don't take the resonators off it will make it sound more raspy instead of deeper.
