Today I ordered my 2 year supply of Redline products that will be delivered to my door in 2 days! 2 qt diff. oil, 18 qt D4 ATF, and 52 qt motor oil -6 bright red cases to hide in the closet somewhere! total cost with shipping was $540.16- about 7.49/qt delivered to the door-not too bad!

Tell her you'd been drinking and bid for it on Ebay not expecting to win.

Ah.. Ebay and beer! My favorite, but probably a universally bad idea.

Tell her you meant to hit the quart button but hit the case button instead. When that doesn't work you've got a lot of explaining to do.

If my wife knew how much I really spend on my Q I'd be sleeping on a cot in my shop. I've got a spreadsheet with all the details but she never gets to see it. I appease her by bringing in a few dollars now and then selling parts.

OK, this is what you do, first make sure you are their to get the package. If she gets to it first she may dump it down the toilet! When it comes just put it right in your closet. When she comes across it (you must be there)tell her it is her Birthday/Christmas present. You may want to hint to what it might be. Tell her the oil boxes were to throw her off! jewelry is out because of the sheer size of the boxes, but try china or something like that. Also, make sure to actually get her a gift.

Thanks Jesda. I really like it.I just dumped 40 bucks worth of royal purple into the motor. One of my tricks is that my wife's car gets the same treatment. I am pretty sure I am wasting my money using premium synthetics in a Mopar, but if all cars are treated the same then the cost is justified, figure that one out. In fact she saw me using valvoline in her Jeep and asked me what was up.

Tell her the same thing I tell my wife when stuff I ordered shows up. "Was a present from my mistress, now STFU and go get me a sammich!"

I think if you break it down like shopping at Costco, you won't have to buy oil for a long time so it's saving you money in the long run!

Just tell her you got a really good deal on it, better than the truth, but you had to buy in quantity. That's what I told my wife when I ordered a whole bunch of oil filters from Infiniti of Scottsdale.
