all dome lights are the same for the 240smrzabala wrote:Nice. Hopefully you can get something for s13 hatch and coupe? But then again I removed main harness (from below the driver kick panel fuses and back) except rear tailights and fuel pump.
There's no need for high/low, it's a freakin domelight... the only time it needs to be on is when the door's open and when you need to see something at night... and the first one is debatablebboyp1ng wrote:That'd be pretty cool if the dome light had a high and low, cuz those are DAMN bright, I'd only need those if im lookin for somethin...
FYI .. those are not HIDs ... theyre LEDs..zenkii wrote:lol hid everywhere...nice
How about a license plate bulb upgrade, like the Lexus Is300 and GS300running around ?240sx2nr95 wrote:Again, it's not me selling them, and I DO NOT work for them, i'm just working WITH them to help make this for you guys... right now my goal is to have a package deal, but all parts will also be availiable individually.

Looks like your in luck. License plate lights coming...40daws wrote:How about a license plate bulb upgrade, like the Lexus Is300 and GS300running around ?
True, but, I know consume half a watt of energy, and it produces no heat. Plus it's cool.Defiant wrote:Very nice. You can also replace the 3.4 watt 158 bulb with an 18 watt 921 bulb. About a buck.
First, I really like the lights - nice mod.240sx2nr95 wrote:No, they're definately more expensive than that. You have to pay for premium materials and craftsmanship, and this is definately premium quality!
So, they're using 10 cent LEDs instead of 5 cent LEDs?240sx2nr95 wrote:You have low end parts, and high end parts with electronics just as you do with body parts, performance parts, etc. Led's range in size and light output to lifespan, some are 1,000 hours, some are 10,000 hours, etc. These LEDs are high end, high output, flat-top LEDs, they spread the light evenly unlike your standard LED bulb. The circuit boards they use are also very nice.

Werd. Good luck with that bud, I like the route you've chosen with your car thus far and look forward to seeing what else you come up withdriftin2trance wrote:yea, it looks really nice. they leds that they are using are good cuz they give u a wide angle of light unlike the typical led with an angle around 20-30 degrees. looks good but i will make one myself since i have an access to that and i am studyin electrical engineering.
if you knew anything about LED's you would know it costs ALOT more than 10 cents.ishkabibble wrote:

if you read our posts, you would know that we have already had a discussion about that. he named it to get more attention to this thread.2BN_S13 wrote:Cool product, but the thread is not named correctly.
LED's do not qulify as "high intensity discharge" (HID) lights. While bright, they do not utilize a amplified stream of electrons running through an inert gas. They are just a clear diode.
