how to get this gas tube?

last week, I smell the gas after I filled up the QX.
I took the QX to my friend, he checked around and found a rubber tube looks like leaking, it's near the driver side rear wheel.
the rubber tube is around one foot long " S " shape.

anyone can tell me the name for this part? or part number/where to buy?
