how to get an oil cooler kit on a 2002 nissan altima?

so this is the second time i tried putting on an oil cooler kit from mishimoto a universal 10-row kit. The first time it was a clearance issue with the sandwich plate and the filter coming out too far as it was going to interfere with the wheel so i bought a smaller oil filter thinking it would be fine but now the problem was which way to point the sandwich plate out. If i place the wires up or right it would hit the pulleys there. If i faced it left i would hit the axles and i couldn't face it down cause of the plastic panel to the oil pan i believe was in the way and now i'm totally stumped on if there is anyway to get this oil cooler kit on. If anybody has done it please show me some picture on how to get some clearance with the wiring and mounting the cooler somewhere to not have a problem with anything.
