How to get a smooth polished intake manifold?

Hey guys, I am about to put my new motor in my car and I am starting to clean it up as much as I can. But there is one thing I would really like to do but don't know how to do it! I want a smooth polished intake manifold. If anyone know how to go about doing this please let me know how to! I really appreciate it!

I want it to look like the pic below!

My guess would be a lot of time and costly dremel bits. You can split the intake in half to make things easier to get to, but that seems like a lot of work.

Lots of sandpaper and elbow grease...it's a pain in the ***. Do the initial work with a dremel and grinder, then samd with 100 grit, then 200, then 400, then wet sand with very fine (1000 or 2000 grit), then polish with some compound.

Helped a friend do his...it was probably 18-20hrs total to get it smooth and shiny, with all the extra bungs cut off and such.
