My shifter is "sticky". The stickyness is there whether or not the car is on. So, anybody know how to get the shifter to feel like a new car's (nice and smooth)?

(Clutch and transmission fluid is brand new btw)

Did you get Chicken Tender dipping sauce all over it? That happens to me all the time.

Just kidding (except the part about me and Chicken Tenders)...anyway, do you mean the shifter is really notchy? Is it hard to get in to any gear?

I'm not sure if I understand what "notchy" means...But, a tad-bit more effort is needed to shift gears in general. Like you can "feel" the shifter wanting to "stick" in 1 while going from 1 to N to 2 etc. I wouldn't say it's even a problem for driving. But I'd just like to have that smooth "new car" shifter feeling. Does this stickyness have to do with lack of lubrication somewhere?

um... d00d i don't know why you are whining about it so much

it's a good thing.. its better for your transmission if it's more rigid. feels newer.

But sure, if you wanna trade transmissions.. we can switch.I'm sure you'll like mine, because you can tap it out of gears into neutral with your finger

So, how about it?? gaghahaha juss messin.but yeah anyways d00d. It's better if your transmission is like that.. seriously.
