well, first, the seat appears to be installed upside down...

seriously -- only an upholstery shop will help you out. Might be covered under warranty, but doubtful as this is a wear and tear item. If you are a big guy and slide in and out of the seat, the side bolster will break down over time and the creases and wrinkles occur.

Here is what I would do.

If your car is still under warranty, I would see if they would cover it.

Worst case scenario, bring it to a upholstery shop. This is a cheap fix.

Products will not help. Save your $$ and Listen to Caliber.

Actually I hear botox injections are becoming much more affordable versus a nip/tuck for those sagging areas.

Although I can't see the picture, wrinkled leather is natural for the breakin of any leather - think of a baseball glove - the palm always wrinkles and folds because of the way it's used. You can treat the area with leather conditioner, but that will only help to soften it, and your problem is not going to go away - its a fact of life.

I have a guy in orlando who will redo your whole seat for about 75. He takes and redyes it to match the rest. when I got my car the dealer recommended him to me. They took care a few spots I had on the doors and the seats before I took delivery.

The leather guy is Rob Brown and you can reach him @ 407-948-3058. He is great. I saw him restore an 80's merc with horrible leather. It came out like new.
