How To Find CD Player/Radio Model Number?

I just bought the car in an auction and it has no factory manual or anything like that.I need to find out what radio or cd model is installed in my Infiniti G35, 2003, sedan. How do I know if it is a single or 6 cd player?…CD player is not working!!…Vin#: JNKCV51E33M302223

There is a model number located on the top half of the tape door. I think it is ~5 digit alphanumeric code. It will also say BOSE on the tape door. If it has that it will have the CD changer.
