How to find a short?

My tail lights, cluster lights and parking lights go out. i replace the fuse and it pops it like 2 min into driving my car. i thought it was the wiring harness because my car was so low and it stripped some of the wires but we re-did it and tucked and it didn fix it. does anyone have a wiring diagram so we can check for a short.
