There you go! Yeah, if you move down towards me, I'll beg and grovel. I like and enjoy my current job, but I definitely have more of a passion for car/home A/V

It's Nason 421-40 Ful-Fil HS (Polyester Spray Filler). It's made by Dupont. I get it from a local auto body supply company.

Here is a technical manual on it if you want to read up a little,

You can get it pretty thick.... really depends on how heavy your coats are. The stuff gets absolutely rock hard..... it's great.

Would you go about this the same way with interior parts like the dash or other interior parts?? Cuz I would really like to start doing some of the ideas I have to do my interior.

What exactly are you trying to do with the interior?

Nice work. Im still working on my enclosure for my coupe. I have about 2 layers of fleece on it. Will this be strong enough to produce a good sound, I just dont want it to deflect too much and cause the bondo to pop.

So are you using fleece to build up thickness? You should only have one layer of fleece for the stretch. The rest will be fiberglass mat. Depending on how big the enclosure is and how large the distance of the stretch is, will dictate how many layers of mat you need. You want to be able to take your thumb and push as hard as you possibly can with all your weight and not be able to flex any part of the enclosure at all. I usually need to do at least 4 layers of mat. More on bigger areas.

Yeah I was trying to build thickness. I also put a layer of glass(fabric) over the fleece. I put my foot on it (180lbs) and I didnt hear any craking sounds. Sould I add some glass to the inside as well? I work on the thing every once in a while so i'm not in a big rush to finish it. Also thanks for the info on the spray bondo. Do you use any type of roller to compress the mat? Thanks
