how to dremmel a suspension strut?

I'm about to put a pair of megan coilovers on.

I hear that I might have to dremmel the bolt holes on the strut when I put them on because they are inaccurate in size and location.

What tool should I use in order to dremel the coilover strut?

dremel is a tool. you would use a grinder attachment. try to put them on first to see if it bolts up, if it doesnt then use the dremel.
