How to disable "Shipping mode"

How to disable "Shipping mode"

Not sure what the procedure is to disable this mode, but what this mode does puts all indicator lights on and displays a message that says "Shipping Mode is ON, Push Storage Fuse". A simple restart of the vehicle will not do justice. Any idea of what I can do to disable this?
