You may be able to have that feature disabled, but it would likely require the Consult-III computer interface to make the change. So in order to get this done, it more or less requires a visit to the dealer.
In the FSMs for both the 2010 EX and 2011 G37 (page 53 of the DLK file), it shows that there is the option to not roll down the power windows when the unlock button on the key fob is held down.
