Sup Peeps~! Now, I've had my fair share of suspension work and understand a modest/Fairly good amount of the work involved in suspension mods. The only thing I dont understand is how to cut springs. Do you cut the coil straight across to make it flat like how the aftermarket springs are? Or can you simply cut the coil vertically (which to me, seems wrong)? If one were to cut the springs, and make the cut horizontally, what tools could make this job easier? The reason I ask is because I have a set of sportlines on my sister's V6 Accord and like the height, but I also want stiffer rates for more response (prokit rates). So I am trying to find out ways to make the prokit look as low as the sportlines and make them handle better. Info? Thanks in advance~!

DONT. dont cut your springs, just get ones that are propper. Im locking this. I hate people cutting springs. If you like a certain ride height and spring rate, call eibach and get them made for you, or research and find a company that makes ones like you want.
