cuting it off might be kinda hard... but raising it is pretty basic... provided you have access to an eprom programmer

I swear, i think anyone who has taught themselves how to use an eprom programmer deserves cerdit and lots fo respect. Id be making a killing if i could. Anyone know someone who can reprogram an ecu ro remove speed limiter and stuff?I noticed that when i took my crank angle sensor off my KA bellhousing(my ka powered 240) that the 4th gear limiter thing went away and the car reved better, and 5th gear hit harder--anyone know why?

I did a search and got the windows program ppl use to adjust the eproms. then u get the bins and right in the program there is one tab that has the rev limits and speed limits in it. Its harder to adjust the fuel and timing.

The last part is to get the eeprom burned. I need to get one. so if you have it tell me a price.

ya just like jon said..

if you have a solfware.. you can simply just move them to higher number.

fuel and timming is not a bad to tune when you have a base to follow.

I have a couple of data and chips so if you need just let em know
