The easiest way would be to check the vehicle info tag in the engine bay. Look to make sure it hasn't been swapped. If it's a true GT-R, the chassis code will be BNR32.
Also, the GT-R had blistered front and rear fenders.
Another dead giveaway is if it still has the AWD system. While the GTS-4 can be converted to the GT-R, the GTS-t doesn't have the space for the transfer case off the transmission. So, if you have an R32 with an RB26 and no AWD, it's likely a conversion.
There are some other ways, I am sure, to tell, but I don't know that many.
