How to clear Nav?

Is there a quick and easy setting to toggle if I want to clear all my previous destinations, phone book, etc? For example, if I were to sell the car?

1) Press the "Settings" button2) Scroll down and select "Navigation"3) RESET Navigation setting to DEFAULT, selection at the bottom

if that one doesn't work, the instructions are in the owners manual, which can be found on this site.
