I was just on ebay getting ready to buy myself a new set of healights, but i realized that i didn't even try to clean it myself, maybe it doesen't need to be replace it just needs a REAL good cleaning inside out. Obvious how to clean the outside of the headlights but how do you clean the INSIDE....hmmmm.....something to think about.

What's wrong with your headlight. Is it not clear anymore? If that's the case try Megurian plastX ( I could be misspeld it).

You can clean the insides but it'll be a hassle because you would have to remove your front bumper to get at the headlight. Get a heat gun (or I've heard of people using ovens but I wouldn't trust that) and melt the glue around the edges and open the housing. And afterwards you can just melt it back together. OR you can buy Meguiars Plastx (http://www.meguiars.com/?clear-plastic- ... ner-Polish) It has a picture of a G on it too haha. I used it on my car too and it works pretty well.

I was at advanced auto parts with my girlfriend today bc I needed car wax, leather cleaner and a bunch of other crap to clean my car tomorrow and I was going to buy it bc there was a black g35 on it but I wasn't too sure if it would do the trick. Guess I'm going back tomorrow to get it. Ill look more into the option of taking off my bumper and cleaning the inside of my headlights.

Its usually the outside part of the headlight so I wouldn't think you would have to clean the inside part. First clean the outside part thoroughly and then see if the inside part is dirty as well. What year is your G? If you have 03-04 and have some extra cash, you can get the 05+ projection headlights
