how to clean IACV?

i want to clean the IACV but dunno how. can u guys give me sum pointers?

The best way to clean it is to remove it complety from the manifold..And just go to town on it with some throttle body cleaner..But if you dont want to remove it.you can un hook the line that goes to the coldpipe.And just spray throttle body cleaner in to the line that goes to it..

Seems you have to take off the top half of the intake manifold to get propper access... with the car off!

Thats what I did and it worked great! Except I just got another rubber hose, poked a hole in it to fit the straw that comes off the can into, and sprayed as I ran the engine. Now I have no more idle problems.

The tube is in front of the other end of the ECCS and below the air intake to the throttle body. I had to hold the idle at 2000 rpm while spraying into it.
